Do you ever do or say things you wish you didn't? Do you feel sad or anxious without necessarily knowing why? Maybe you're really hard on yourself or others and want to stop, but it happens too quickly to control. Maybe something happened to you or a loved one that has disrupted your ability to function. Maybe the pain and confusion of world events or society in general has impacted your ability to move forward in life. Maybe you're unsure of who you really are, and you want the tools to figure it out. You’re not alone, and you're welcome here.
Hi there.
I am honored to be in this profession and look forward to meeting you.
I have a Masters degree in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy, Clinical Counseling, and Depth Psychotherapy from Pacifica Graduate Institute. As a part of my coursework I completed a year supervised clinical practicum at a mental heath facility in Bellingham. My master’s thesis focused on the unconscious impact of cultural norms on sexuality and identity, which is a passion of mine. I have also completed 50+ hours of training in Internal Family Systems and 30+ hours in Somatic therapies.
I have previous lives in tech and political advocacy work, as well as world travel, living on a boat, and oil painting. I’m a year-round open water swimmer. I enjoy dance, sweaty exercise, treasure hunting in thrift stores, hot chocolate, and reading.
For me, this work is soul work. Not just for my clients, but for me. There is something in each of us that is reflected universally, and I am connected to that through our work together.
I strive toward dismantling structures and systems of oppression, specifically white supremacy and bigotry. I continuously work to expand my cultural competencies and aspire to humility whenever possible. I continuously circle back to the work I companion clients through, including how identity and beliefs are shaped in relation to the familiar, political, cultural, and spiritual environments we have been exposed to.
I’m grateful for each and every person that joins me in session. It takes courage to look at ourselves and seek help.

I am an Internal Family Systems (IFS) informed psychodynamic therapist. That means that I am guided by the therapeutic relationship itself, and I trust that there is an innate healing force within us that emerges naturally as each part of us is fully heard and understood.
I also have a background in Somatic work (body and movement-focused), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Attachment, and Nurtured Heart Child Parenting. I partner with clients on equal footing to identify which therapeutic techniques meet each individual's needs.
No matter where we start or what systems we use, we travel the road together towards a more authentic, serene life. We face challenges from the past in the present to build stronger relationships to others and most importantly, ourselves.
I do not accept insurance at this time, but I am happy to provide a Superbill for insurance reimbursement purposes. Check to see if your insurance covers out of network providers with a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapy Associate (LMFTA).
